Auburnvale Cottage is a beautifully renovated farm cottage located near Woolsthorpe, South West Victoria. We are 20 minutes from Warrnambool and are within an easy commute to the Great Ocean Road, the Grampians, beautiful Port Fairy, and only a short 5 minutes to historical Koroit.

Our local beaches are a quick drive away where you will find great fishing and swimming.

Come and enjoy the countryside. The cottage is set on 4 acres of lovely farm and bushland. During your stay, keep an eye out for our local wildlife which consists of Koalas, Possums, Wallabys, Black tail Cockatoos, and Wedge-tailed Eagles.

We offer pet-friendly accommodation with a fully enclosed yard and an undercover pet enclosure for your use.
All pets must be under control at all times as the cottage is surrounded by farm animals. Pets are allowed inside but not on furniture and are not permitted to be left unattended inside at any time. Pets mess must be cleaned up before departure. We provide a pooper scooper and waste bags for your use. Failure to do so will incur additional fees.
Approval must be obtained prior to booking.

If you feel like staying in for dinner the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds.

- Strictly non smoking, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
- We do not allow parties or excessive noise.
- Any house guests or friends must have prior approval, additional fees may apply. If additional guests are not announced booking may be cancelled.
- Cottage, including BBQ area, must be left clean and tidy before departure.

We have been running our farm stay B&B for the past 7 years. We moved to Woolsthorpe 15 years ago and enjoy the quiet countryside setting. The area offers many experiences from local beaches, cafes, wineries bushwalks, bike riding and fishing and great restuurants. We love to give people the opportunity of getting up close to our beautiful farm family.
