Banksia Bliss

The house is sustainably built and stays at a comfortable temperature all year round. If needed there is a split system heater / air conditioner on the top floor. The bottom floor includes three bedrooms (master with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe), a central bathroom, laundry and a rumpus room, which includes couches that convert to a queen and a single sofa bed. All beds are made with luxurious flax linen bedlinen, and all have king size donnas for added comfort (except the single sofa bed). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and an electric wall panel heater.
Upstairs you will find a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with an additional toilet. Relax in the generous, feather filled couches or cook a meal in the modern kitchen on the induction cooktop (feel free to use herbs from the garden). The kitchen also includes a coffee machine and a soda stream and is very well equipped. Outside is a large under-cover deck with a BBQ, where you can have a drink on the couch and enjoy views of the ocean. Its also a great place to watch the magical sunsets, with the water engulfing the sun!
There is plenty of entertainment on offer with WiFi (Broadband), two smart TVs and lots of board games. You can also play the records provided or stream your own music through the Bluetooth speakers. For outdoor fun there is an outdoor table tennis table and a large fully fenced backyard with a beautiful native garden. Help yourself to the bikes and skateboards provided (2 adult and 2 child bikes). The yard is also suitable for dogs (on request) and has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand post swim. Banksia Bliss is ideal for up to two families (noting there are stairs), couples and groups of friends.
