A water and nature lovers paradise. Just 300 meters from a pristine beach and with absolute river frontage our beautiful little home is a watery dream. A 300-meter walk to a stunning, uncrowded beach through a beautiful bush track at the end of the street has you enjoying the ocean. Backing directly onto the river, it's perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding or just having a cuppa on the deck watching the swans, ducks, and pelicans swim by, wake to an orchestra of birds, enjoy our visiting water dragons and occasional goanna.

Available is a gorgeous queen size bedroom with river views, lounge-kitchen, generous bathroom with rain showerhead, beautiful deck all with stunning water views, and cute cottage garden, including a fire pit. This is our family tiny home and on an amazingly friendly community-oriented street so suits someone wanting a peaceful and quiet getaway. We don't have wifi or a TV so this is an ideal opportunity to get back to nature, books, art and board games. Stretch out in the yoga room or spend your days at the beach. (Or BYO technology if you can’t be apart from it!)
The house is a short walk to the local corner store where you can get lovely pizzas, burgers, salads, local produce, and coffees. A short bike ride or quick 2-minute jump in the car to the local weekly farmers markets and cafe.
We are 35 minutes drive from Gold Coast airport, 45 mins to the worlds (Sea, Dream, Movie, Wet and Wild etc), 5 mins to Brunswick Heads, and 20mins to Byron Bay and Bangalow.
This is a non-smoking property.
