TreeTops - Wood Fire, Outdoor Spa and Great Coffee

TreeTops has been set up to feel like you are staying at your own family holiday house, but with a lot less hassle! The outdoor 8 seater spa, extra large deck area with wood heater, 6 burner BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor seating and dining make this feel like a proper holiday. Surrounded by a beautiful tree-scape you feel miles from civilisation, but you are actually less than 3 mins from all the delights of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs townships.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to help ensure you have an enjoyable stay at TreeTops.

PLEASE NOTE: If your preferred dates are unavailable in the Riparide calendar window, it may be that they have been set aside for family use rather than for a conflicting booking. For guests looking at 3+ days we may be willing to release family held dates.

The house is set up to accommodate both short and long term accommodation.

THE DECK:
The deck wraps around 2 sides of the house and is the perfect place to relax with friends or family with a glass or wine around the WarmRay wood fire heater, extending deck life into the colder weather . Alternatively, watching the sunset from the 8 seater spa is both relaxing and memorable. The BBQ and pizza oven make casual dining a pleasure.

INSIDE:
The house is set up to accommodate groups of up to 10, with 3 downstairs queen size bedrooms, 4 single beds in the Loft and 2 bathrooms. All beds are supplied with quality bed linen and doonas/blankets. A port-a-cot and bed linen is provided free of charge.

The Loft is the perfect kids hangout, with its own TV and BlyRay/DVD player along with a selection of DVDs, books and games.

More classic board games can be found down stairs, along with the main TV and BluRay/DVD player and CD player. A wide selection of books are also available.

A Ned Kelly wood fire heater, along with reverse cycle central ducted heating throughout, keeps the house warm in winter, and cool in summer. A separate reverse cycle system is installed for climate control in the Loft.

The kitchen is well equipped (including a slow cooker) and stocked with essential pantry items and condiments.

A front load washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry.

All bookings are for the whole house, with the amount of beds to be made up agreed with you prior to check in. Please note the tariff varies according to numbers.

Check in and check out are contactless, although we are only a phone call away if you have any issues.

OUTSIDE:
Parking is provided on site for up to 6 cars. A user pay Smartpoint EV charger (no cord provided) can be found to the right of the back door. Scan the code and follow the prompts to commence charging.

THE SURROUNDS:
There is a wealth of exploring opportunities, starting with the famous Hepburn Springs Bathhouse only 5 minutes away. Many find cafes and restaurants are located in the region, as well as wineries and cideries of renown.Daylesford is also boasts fantastic antique shops and galleries, with a great bookshop in the main street. There are a host of bush walks or picnic spots to explore (a picnic basket is provided at TreeTops) to enjoy the outdoors.

This is truly a slice of paradise and less 90 minutes from Melbourne.
