Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse-style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a Lopi fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood NOT provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with two twin beds, and a cedar-lined ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood-lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with one queen-sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This tastefully decorated and wifi-equipped family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE: This condo is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

View the gorgeous scenery at your own pace. Mount Baker hosts multiple hiking trails, from easy stretches to "experienced only" trekking. The Pacific Crest trail goes right through the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie Forest.

The Nooksack river is one of the last "wild" rivers in Washington state. Five species of wild salmon swim and flourish is its waters. Nearby, you can enjoy Silver Lake, which is stocked with trout. You can even go deep sea fishing!

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
