Island Villa 134

Island Villa 134 is a free standing Villa in the Wyndham Ramada Resort on Phillip Island.

The fully equipped Villa is yours to enjoy. It is set on 64 acres of natural bushland surrounded by farmland with a northerly outlook from the back deck overlooking a farm setting. Parking is in front of the Villa with a path leading to the front deck and entrance.

The Villa has recently been fully renovated and is light and airy with Air-conditioning in the Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area with ceiling fans in every room and as well as heating. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. All linen and extra blankets are provided. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a walk in shower. There is NO bath and NO toiletries are provided, only hand soap and Sanitiser due to environmental concerns.
The lounge has a 50inch Smart TV with Netflix complimentary. NBN is direct "Fibre to the Premises" Internet, a 2 & 3 seater lounge and footrest/seat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Full sized Fridge/Freezer, Dish Washer, Elect Oven & Induction Hot Plate, Microwave, Coffee Pod Machine, AirFryer, Toaster, Fry Pans, Electric large Frypan, Sandwich Maker and BBQ utensils to use at the 2 free BBQ’s on the Resort Grounds and the other kitchen essentials. There is spray oil, salt and pepper, as well as Cling Wrap, Foil and Baking Paper for your convenience.
The European style open Laundry has a new top loader Washer, Dryer, Air-dryer Iron, Ironing Boar, Broom and Mop.

An Information Book is provided as well as checkout in on the refrigerator and manuals are in the bottom draw.

Infants are welcome however you will need to provide your linen, cots, high chairs and all that is needed to care for your baby. You also must acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your babies safety as there are no special safety features in place.

The Resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a toddler pool, an indoor lap pool, 2 gymnasium’s, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor spa, a sauna, 3 tennis courts, 7 kms of walking/bike tracks, a games room, an outdoor playground,
a cafe with outdoor seating, fire pit and conference room.
It has bikes, push karts and tennis equipment available for hire.

The Resort is a 5min car ride away from local beaches and Cowes shopping precinct which has Woolworths, Cole’s and Aldi and just about every other shop for your enjoyment. To drive anywhere on the island from the Resort is on 15 mins, so everything is very close.

Access to this property is self check in from aKey Safe of which the code along with a map to get to the Villa and the Health Club code will be provided on the day of check in.

The Villa is available for ongoing bookings minimum stay 2 nights. ( 1 night stays on request) Please check out the availability within my calendar and be assured that if you have any special needs that I will do my best to assist.

Whenever possible I will do my best to assist with any special requirements you may have. Early Check-In or late Check-Outs may be possible depending upon other bookings. I will be available to contact via email, txt and phone for any queries you may have.

The Island has so much to see and do that it makes it a perfect place for families, couples, friend get togethers or for the solo traveler.

Escape to the seaside to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the Island. Stroll along the many beaches, sand between the toes, enjoy the gentle waves that ripple their way to the beach or visit the surf beaches and sit and watch the surf as it pounds the shoreline, discover the breathtaking beauty of the Island’s rugged coastlines, walk the many kilometres of nature walkways tracks and hiking routes. Take a cruise and experience the coastline by sea or ride a helicopter flight over the island. It’s all just breathtaking and an experience not to missed.

The Grand Prix track is about a 10-minute drive. It has a Go Kart track that is the best in Australia, they are great fun!! There are special buses and pickup points for the big events
The Penguins Parade is a nightly event that should be pre booked.

There may be a requirement to lodge a refundable bond for anything major, however minor incidents are naturally accepted - please report all issues immediately, so as can rectify for the next guests.

This is a private and tranquil Villa. There are no Schoolies, parties or loud music allowed. No noise after 10 pm. Leave all as you find - check-out notes are provided on the refrigerator and If there is anything that is, within reason, an issue, please raise it immediately so I can hopefully rectify the matter.

***Please Note ~ if only 2 guests are staying, the main bedroom and ensuite will be locked***
