Jacobs place at "Kirwin Farmstay" is a one bedroom fully self sufficient mud brick house. Situated around 300m from the homestead on a 1200 acre sheep station in the beautiful Mudgee region of NSW. Jacobs place is a unique experience where you can totally unwind and detox from the stressors of daily life. No internet and no TV- just what we need every now and again.
Made entirely from mud brick and reclaimed timber, the tiny house is cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. It is built on the side of a very large dam so not child friendly - an infant would be fine and we are pet friendly ( on approval)
There is a fully functional kitchen with coffee machine, kettle , toater, gas cooktop and external BBQ. There is also an indoor firepalce and outdoor fire pit. We even supply firewood and will try to have the fire raging for you when you arrive in the winter. In summer the dam is a great way to cool off with the floats we supply. The dogs love to swim in the dam. You can then dry off on the timber deck with a glass of local wine and cheese then take a bath or shower in the beautiful bathroom. Gas endless hot water is a welcome luxury.
We have tried to think of everything, including a comfy queen sized bed and fluffy Canningvale bath towels.
