There are 6 separate farmhouses on the property. Some have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while others have 2 bedrooms and a single shared bathroom. The 3 bedroom house sleeps up to 9 people. The 2 bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 6 people and the 2 bedroom Shearers Retreat can accommodate up to 4 people.
Ripples n Tonic farm stay is a purpose-built fully accessible property. We are well set up and fully stocked with accessible equipment. We are also pet-friendly.

The Farm Stay is located at 422 Ventnor Road, Ventnor 3922 between the main Island township of Cowes and the world-famous Penguin Parade located on the western end of the Island. Everything on the Island is approximately 5 minutes away by car, whether you are seeking a quiet bay beach or an exhilarating surf beach or a relaxing stroll in a nature reserve. The local Ventnor Beach is less than 1 kilometre away.

The Farm Stay accommodation is fully self-contained and also has tea & coffee, sugar etc... Each cottage has shampoo, conditioner, soap supplied. Along with washing powder, washing machine, and clothesline. There is an information folder on the coffee table containing instructions and more information about the property and the Island. This folder has information relevant to the property so please take a look through this. Wi Fi codes are in the information folder also. There is a BBQ outside to enjoy outside your cottage and an outside dining area.
All crockery, linen and bedding is supplied.
You will need to bring your own beach towels with you and your sling if you need one.
There is a beach wheelchair for use as well as a couple of pushbikes if you would like to go for a ride.
There is a large playground and picnic area to enjoy between the cottages and the main farmhouse nestled next to the orchard, vegetable garden, and chicken coops.
There is an outdoor spa which is available for use and bookings can be made via the site managers on their mobile on 0418326001. A minimum of two hours notice is required for preparation.
The property has a secure gated entrance that ensures privacy and security. The code for gate entry is 4224# on the keypad. Please just push the 'green' button for exit.
Please use your cottage door code for access so you won't have to worry about keys when you go for a swim at the beach or out exploring the Island. You may want to put the code in your mobile phone also so you don't forget it on arrival or when out and about.
There will be a variety of animals on the property and they are all friendly and interested in food supplements. You are most welcome to use the compost waste bins provided and feed the goats, chooks and roosters, sheep, guinea pigs, pigs, ponies at your leisure. 'Yera' our Groodle is also very friendly and enjoys being patted. You can roam about the property freely but please shut all gates behind you once you have opened them so we can keep the livestock contained in various paddocks. There is a large dam in the southern paddock between the main road and the cottage accommodation, so please be aware of that if you have people staying with you who are adventurous and cannot swim.
