Our Retro Beach House overlooks the Ocean & Great Ocean Road. Boasting spectacular ocean views from all parts of the living area and expansive balcony Periton Lodge is the perfect retreat from city living and encourages you to relax as soon as you step through the door.

Built by local legends the Harrington brothers in the 1950’s, Periton is a loved heritage home updated with creature comforts, although the bathroom access does remain undercover next to the front door.

Positioned on Gadubanud "KingParrot" country between the Otway Rainforest (think waterfalls) & Ocean (think whale watching) we are spoiled for choice when it comes to exploring what Mother Nature has prepared for us.
Our property is perfect for a couple.
We recommend that due to the layout, the property is not suitable for children,

Welcome to Periton Lodge, our 1950's Beach House. I’ve been hosting guests at Periton for over 15 years and am always delighted by how much my guests enjoy their time surrounded by nature and letting the sound of the ocean lick away life’s stresses. If you’re wanting to get lost in nature you can choose from the beach or Otways, either way you’ll be submerged in the beauty of nature and lack of hustle and bustle. Our house has everything you could wish for, turn the key and enjoy!
