About the House

Polished concrete floors throughout are a beautiful feature of the home. Floor to ceiling windows providing a light-filled environment, connecting the expansive interior space with the outdoors.
There are two great outdoor entertaining areas to gather.
The large main deck is accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. There is a large undercover table which offers year-round entertaining no matter what the weather.
From the main entrance of the house, there is an enclosed and private courtyard in a garden setting with bird attracting flowers.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef's dream. Everything you need is provided to whip up an in-house culinary experience.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has access to the main deck and features an en-suite with X-large walk-in shower and walk-in robe.
The guest bedroom has a private deck, walk-in robe and is located at the other wing of the house.
A large studio room has two King Single beds with access to the courtyard.
There is a second living space which has a King Single sofa bed. This will not be permanently made up as an additional bedroom. Please advise us if you require the use of the sofa bed.
Wi-Fi is complementary and should you require a workstation during your stay, there is a sit/stand desk and office chair.

Strictly no pets as the house is situated on covenant of land regulation dedicated to preserving flora and fauna. There is a hefty fine from the district council if you are found to be in breach of this regulation.
Please be aware of the markers (grey timber posts) on the property as these are the boundary lines for surrounding properties and please respect our neighbours privacy.
Please do not use the picnic table by the creek, as this is not on our property.
Our neighbours are permanent residents, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and please be mindful that sound carries through the open creek.
Strictly no parties, events or additional guests are permitted.
This is a smoke free property. Strictly no smoking. Additional cleaning fees will be charged.
You must notify the host upon any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as possible.
You are fully responsible for the safety and security of your guests/children at all times.
Please Leave the property clean and tidy, all cookware, cutlery and utensils either left clean in dishwasher or put away
Remove any food or drinks from the refrigerator and pantry on check out. Place council garbage, recycling, and green waste bins out for collection on bin night.
Ensure that you secure and lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the property. Any losses or damage caused by leaving the property unsecured may result in extra fees. All lights, heating, air conditioning, fans, ovens are to be switched off and keys are left in the lock box when leaving the property.
All breakage and damages must be reported to the host as soon as possible. No contents are to be removed from the property. Penalties apply if an items are taken without return.
To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture or contents are to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
If there is a cleaning issue upon arrival, please contact us directly and supply photos.
Any breaking of house rules may result in termination of the accommodation agreement, eviction, extra charges or deduction of the Security Deposit.
