Scotland Island is a unique water access community, one of only two residential islands in Sydney. We have the best of both worlds - a sense of being separate from the noise and bustle of the mainland, but within easy reach of the good stuff ( movies, restaurants, cafes, bars and live music venues). We are adjacent to Ku-ring-gai National Park and there are many beautiful bushwalks, scenic lookouts, waterfalls and indigenous heritage sites on our doorstep.
Kayak to the cafe for coffee in the morning or catch the ferry over for a sundowner with some great local live music.
The native birds will feed from your hand on the deck and you can catch your dinner from the jetty. Sit around the waterfront fire pit and watch the sun set over the water.
