Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and barn.

Pets Policy

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet faeces
- Pets need to be kept on leash at all times as livestock is present on the property
- Please take note to inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming animals (and noise) on our property
- If you plan to bring your horse, please inform the land host 24 hours before arrival to make the necessary arrangements for horse boarding as usage charges and policies may apply

Important note:

- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- Please take note that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay

Saddle Country Escape sits near a small town in Broadford, where gold was discovered by an old mining town in 1852. Unlike many gold mining towns that died, this one has survived as a historical attraction in the region. Today, it has a small number of well-preserved historic buildings and nearby attractions for travelers to explore.
