Middle of Nowhere
Adventure in Bellbrook, North Coast, NSW, AU
After a beautiful scenic drive through a lush forest setting, we arrived at our destination. The Nulla Nulla Blacksmith’s Retreat is a horsemans cabin perched atop the Nulla Nulla farm. The cabin was built with red cedar, and furnished by blacksmiths. Tucked away at the end of a foggy, green road, this retreat is about as ‘middle of nowhere’ as you can get. The cabin boasts a cosy, modern farmhouse interior, with a beautiful bath overlooking the casurina forests. Here you can read by the fireplace, soak in the bath, and watch the milky way glittering through the window.
During our stay we enjoyed the delicious fresh harvested organic food by Wendy, Jacky, and her husband guido. We then spent the day relaxing by the clear swimming hole in the creek. Later, we had a yoga session with Wendy - who doubles as the yoga instructor, to stretch and release the stress of the city.
