Coffee Cottage, or CC as we have came to call her is our breath of fresh air and a place to relax from our busy lives. We now have the opportunity to share her with others that would like to experience that drive on the bumpy dirt road to a sandstone cottage alongside your very own creek. The volcanic rocks that make this creek are just calling you to sit upon and just take in the surroundings.
CC sits on 15 acres of hilly rainforest so bring your boots and take a walk, find the creeks that flow from the mountains, the incredible large trees that you just want to touch.
CC has been a work in progress for the past 2 years. Unfortunately like many others around us, we have been spending most of out time rejuvenating our creek from the 2022 floods, she is starting to shine again, or is the gorgeous glow worms that greet us at night.
September/ October is our amazing experience of fireflies, on dusk they dance around the cottage entertaining each other to find the one.
Winter is winter in the bush so a fireplace inside, along with electric blankets to keep you snug are waiting.
Summer brings the warmth so finding that spot in the creek to lay, will cool you down.
