Having moved from Sydney my wife and I found a beautiful location to get away from the city; an old Dairy Farm on top of a hill with stunning views of the Manning valley, we started growing organic garlic and successfully built a small business selling our garlic at local Markets, however, Covid put an end to that so now we prefer a peaceful life entertaining guests in our slice of paradise.
