Paula and Bryan Ashby are passionate adventurers, nature lovers, and proud New Zealanders who have spent years exploring some of the world's most remarkable destinations. Their travels have taken them across continents, where they have experienced diverse cultures, unforgettable people, and stunning landscapes.

Inspired by their travels and appreciation for peaceful natural spaces, they created The Paddock – a private retreat where guests can relax, reconnect, and experience the tranquillity of New Zealand's beautiful Eastern Bay of Plenty. Their goal is to share the warmth, hospitality, and love of nature that define their lives.
