Our names are Bel and Mike and we feel very fortunate to own this humble little abode.
We fell in love with Mallacoota the moment we arrived. We stayed in this very cottage the very first time we visited Mallacoota in 2016.
We purchased Koala Cottage and the Farmhouse in 2022 from a wonderfully quirky man whose character can be seen in the hand made mud-brick and bottle wall work.
We named this place Koala Cottage due to, you guessed it, the HUGE amount of Koalas we see or hear each and every year.
