Hi, I'm Alex

Hi, I’m Alex, a Forest Therapy Guide. I’ve loved being outdoors for as long as I can remember, always exploring new corners of the places I called home. After moving from Sydney’s CBD to the Royal National Park, I became a Tour Guide and later trained with the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance to lead forest bathing experiences. With a background in the health sector and years of guiding, I blend cultural learning, qigong, and nature-based practices to help people reconnect with the natural world. I love nature, and I’m always thrilled to share the calming, restorative benefits of forest bathing and forest therapy with others.
