Hi, I'm Cathy

I have always loved entertaining. I like to make others feel comfortable and relaxed in our home. Five years ago I made the "tree change" from Melbourne to Woodend - I grew up in the country and feel very at home in the wide open spaces and enjoy the small rural community. My partner and I had a cafe in the village which was a great way to get to know the locals. After selling this business we decided hosting travellers would be a good way of continuing to meet new and interesting people. I love my garden, learning new things all the time. I have been lucky enough to travel both overseas and in Australia and now delighting in watching my three adult children explore the world.
