Hi, I'm Peta

I first got the travel bug in 2001 when i left my corporate job in Melbourne for a 3 month stay in India which morphed into 6 months. After a quick trip home I left for a 3 month overland truck trip through East Africa. I met my now husband two weeks in while white water rafting in Uganda. At the end of my overland trip I returned to Uganda where we lived for almost two years before travelling to various countries like Nepal and Chile to raft more rivers and live the dream. We eventually settled in Scotland where we had a beautiful daughter and an idillic life on the outskirts of a small highland town. We moved to Warburton in 2012 and are now settled on a lovely large rural property with a 2 cats, a couple of dogs and twelve fat sheep.
