Mathieu ( French) and Prue ( Australian) are a well traveled married couple who love music, arts, dining and entertaining. This Dynamic duo is a combination of Prue being and chef and Mathieu a sommelier. Upon buying this property with 2 seperate accommodations in Kurrajong Heights in the Hawkesbury region of the Blue Mountains NSW, they thought they would try their hand at hosting their new property.
