Hi, I'm Bianca

Hi there. My name is Bianca and I am the owner of Shakabode. Well part owner w my partner Steven. We purchased Shakabode just over 2 years. It was an original 1970s beach shack in a little seaside suburb of Surf Beach on the speculator Phillip Island. We feel very lucky to call this little pocket of land home. We have loving restored, renovated and brought her back to life for all to enjoy. It’s been a journey and a lot of hard work but we love our shack.

Shakabode is a place to escape from our fast paced life we live in Melbourne. We are a family of 5. Steven, myself Bianca and three tweens. We absolutely love exploring this island. It’s natural wonders are endless and spectacular. The Sunrise over Swan Bay is stunning from our upstairs deck. We have all learnt to surf, well some are way more advanced than others.
